RDC offers an integrated design+build delivery system that allows our clients to establish total project cost and occupancy schedules early in the process. As a pure design+build firm, architects, engineers, interior designers and construction experts collaborate in a goal-driven environment.
RDC is an experienced general contractor that can self-perform many aspects of the project. We have a seasoned staff of project managers, superintendents, carpenters, laborers, mechanical and electrical journeyman that save time and allow for better project control.
Capital projects require seasoned management and an integrated coordination team. RDC can provide the necessary technical and management services to help our clients achieve their facility and real estate objectives.
