601 Grant Street was acquired by RDC and a joint venture partner in 2018.  The acquisition was structured as a value add investment, with 75% currently occupancy.  The building has a long term lease with the Federal Home Loan Bank and the Sponsors have completed a lobby renovation and a planned Tenant Lounge, Conference Center and Fitness Center.
