Brewers Block is located at the convergence of 3 Pittsburgh neighborhoods, next to Pittsburgh’s oldest brewery, and once home to Sunshine Biscuit Company, which was built in 1917. 

Brewer Block consists of 377 market rate units across three residential buildings (2 new ground up buildings and 1 renovation), 2,300 SF of ground-floor retail space over 40,000 SF of indoor/outdoor amenity space and Pittsburgh’s first privately funded Activated Alley.  The Project has 316 garage parking spaces and over 100 bicycle storage units. The project is a Joint Venture development  with Commonwealth Development Partners
