John R. Deklewa serves as president of RDC and affiliated companies. He oversees all development and acquisition, new business pursuits, finance and operations. RDC is the flagship management company that services project development, design and construction. RDC specializes in commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. Mr. Deklewa has advised on, and constructed, more than 3,000 multi-family units since 2006 valued at more than $250 million.

Mr. Deklewa received his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University with dual majors in Finance and Business Management. John is an active member in his community, and involved with several industry and non-profit organizations.

Shawn is President of RDC, Inc, the parent of a family of companies that has been responsible for the delivery of over 3,000 units of multifamily since 2006 as well as commercial office and industrial properties valued at over $250 million.  In addition to development, RDC provides construction management and design-build services for third party clients.

Prior to RDC, Shawn’s career has span the spectrum of government and real estate development.  From 2004 to 2010, Shawn worked for Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato, becoming Chief of Staff in 2006. Shawn implemented various economic development and policy initiatives for the County Executive including the County’s first Sustainability plan, and participated in overall county operations, planning and budget formation with a County budget in excess of $1 billion.
