The Vision on Fifteenth is a nine story mix-used building, consisting of 255,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space, and 20,000 SF of retail. The development consist of a 390 multi-modal transportation facility, featuring: 390 parking spaces, 90 bike storage spaces, 20 EV car charging stations, and a bike/electric scooter sharing program. The project is a Joint Venture development with Burns and Scalo Real Estate.
