RDC Design-Build was the general contractor for the 41,388 square foot renovation and tech-flex conversion of a former warehouse in Lawrenceville PA. The $3 million project includes a new roof and windows, masonry restoration, structural rehabilitation, elevator, stairs, toilet rooms, HVAC and electrical upgrades as well as new parking/loading.
