The Foundmore is the development of the former Sam’s Club and Pace Warehouse property located on the inbound side of McKnight Road.

The project consists of 272 apartments units over 4 buildings.  The site will also feature a 2-story clubhouse with a fitness area, co-working, pool and grill area, walking trail, lounge and bar area. In addition, the project will consist of 17 apartment townhouse rentals as well as a retail component.  Given the size of the pad the retail user will be approximately 5-7,000 square feet. The project will have 390 parking spaces.
