Empire on Liberty is the renovation of the 1900's building constructed for the Empire Furniture Company into a mixed-use facility with  loft style offices, for-sale condos and street level retail.

The 45,000 SF Building’s Interiors boast 13-feet ceilings, exposed steel beams, and private rooftop areas for condo owners. The retail space provides the option for open air dining or shopping.
