Atmosphere Pittsburgh, a new purpose-built student housing community located at 217 Halket Street in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood. The project is developed by Trinitas Ventures, a Carmel, Indiana-based integrated real estate firm.
 

The 12-story development will feature 326 residential units with a total of 672 beds, along with more than 30,000 square feet of clubhouse and amenity space. Designed to meet the evolving needs of Pittsburgh’s student population, Atmosphere Pittsburgh will offer studio through three-bedroom floor plans, including an innovative double-occupancy bedroom layout that expands housing options for students.
 

The project sits adjacent to the University of Pittsburgh’s main campus and within walking distance of Carnegie Mellon University and three UPMC hospitals.
 

Construction began in July 2026, with completion anticipated for Summer 2028. Atmosphere Pittsburgh represents an exciting addition to the city’s student housing market, and RDC Design-Build is proud to contribute to a development that will serve Pittsburgh’s growing student community.
